Leigh Weinraub

Leigh Weinraub is the founder of Mind in Motion, a movement and lifestyle brand committed to helping people win on the court, field, office and in life. She is the pioneer of Walk and Talk therapy and an internationally acclaimed speaker who views the world as a philosopher, thinks like a coach and executes like an athlete.

Dr. Grace

Dr. Grace was introduced to natural medicine by her grandmother as a child and has been fascinated with it ever since. After a career in fashion modeling, Grace was inspired to do something more meaningful and taught yoga and Pilates for 11 years. Helping others heal became a passion for Grace and she wanted to deepen her knowledge. This led her to a graduate program at Five Branches University where she was awarded her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Grace then studied Holistic Dermatology with Mazin Al-Khafaji and received her Doctorate of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine after doing research in using Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat Rosacea. Grace is a California licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and has a passion for helping people in their Stress Management and Wellness journey.

Fran Biderman-Gross

Fran Biderman-Gross is the CEO and founder of Advantages, an award-winning New York–based end-to-end communications (Brand and Marketing) agency. She leads her clients--mid-sized to Fortune 50-- on an invaluable journey of brand discovery that reveals their 3 keys: Purpose, Values, and Story in a way that defines and drives their business and profit in unexpected, measurable and repeatable ways.

Aziz Abdur-Ra'oof

Aziz Abdur-Ra'oof is a natural connector recognized for building strong relationships predicated on communication, trust, and respect. He would describe himself as an inspirational performance coach who leverages his multi-layered life experiences from entrepreneurship to being a professional athlete. He works to cultivate an environment of continued learning and development, while coaching and mentoring students in understanding their “value proposition” in a competitive world.

Michael Killeen

Michael spent over a decade in the USA with GE and set up their world-wide Customer Experience (CX) programme. He also worked with Harley Davidson, Microsoft, FAO Schwartz, American Airlines and Corvette. He returned to Ireland to launch Dialogue in 1994 and is Country Chair of the New York Caples Awards programme. Michael has a wealth of CX experience working with large international clients and scaling companies. He is a passionate on all things CX and currently Chairs The CX Company and The CX Academy.

Mike Travalini

Mike Travalini has over 15 years of residential real estate investment and operations experience, with a focus on maintenance related residential property operations. After several years in multifamily apartment investments with the Laramar Group, Mike joined Waypoint Homes, a national operator of 20k single family rental (SFR) homes. There, he led national operations of the maintenance business and there became obsessed with optimization of internal techs, external vendor management and leveraging technology to deliver a great resident experience in the maintenance process.

More recently, Mike oversaw the residential division of SMS Assist, clients of which included institutional SFR owners that leveraged SMS to manage maintenance on 100k rental units.

Mike, a CPA, earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Boston College. He is a board member of the Chicago Windy City YPO Chapter and a member of Hyde Park Angels.

John Botica

John co-founded ResHub with Mike -- our Mission is to make residential maintenance easier, more transparent and efficient for all stakeholders. Chicago native, currently living in Boston with my wife, Steph, and our 9 month old son, Gus.

Katy Clarke

After working for nearly a decade in the non-profit space as a Director of Guest Experience, Katy made the jump to SaaS in 2016 and has worked for several marketing and sales enablement software companies.

As the Customer Success Manager for Tricap, she is our primary point of contact for training, usage, and works closely with the SOCi Professional Services team for Tricap’s social content and reputation management.

Kara Rice

Kara Rice has nearly 30 years in multifamily in roles ranging from leasing to leadership, with an emphasis on employee development. Kara is fascinated by the intersection of high performance and high satisfaction—that sweet spot known as employee engagement. As the Chief Communications Officer for Swift Bunny, she works with multifamily leaders to make the workplace work well for all associates. Born and raised in the Boston area, Kara now roots for the Red Sox from her home in South Florida where she and her husband are raising their three children and dodging hurricanes.

Jennifer Carter

Jennifer has 10+ years of proven experience in Marketing and Training as a Director of Marketing for several property management companies where she has trained employees in industry best practices.

Benjamin Faunce

Ben has been at SOCi for 3 years, wearing a variety of hats as the Customer Success utility man. Starting off as the team’s training manager, Ben built out the SOCi University training video library before transitioning into a customer-facing role while managing the Customer Success Manager team that works with our entire property management portfolio.

Robert Eyckmans

Robert Eckymans is Head of Partnerships at Peek, where he is paving the way for the multifamily industry to adopt virtual leasing. Over the last year, he has helped over 1,600 properties incorporate virtual tours into their marketing and leasing process. His passion for helping traditional industries adopt new technologies was born out of his 4-year stint in Silicon Valley at LinkedIn. No matter where he is, he is always focused on helping people take their business to the next level.

Jason Yunakov

Jason Yukanov is Head of Partnerships and Customer Operations at Peek, where he is helping multifamily managers digitally transform their businesses with virtual tours. Prior to his work with Peek, Jason helped grow Oracle’s strategic cloud business and develop the go-to-market strategy at BrainCo, a brain-machine interface startup in Cambridge. Jason is passionate about business and technology, and how we can use the two to help accomplish our goals. You can often find Jason on the soccer field or relaxing with family. 

Lia Smith

Lia Nichole Smith is the VP of Education and Performance for SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings. A published author and an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association’s Education Committee, Lia has proven experience in solving reputation management and other industry-related challenges for conventional, affordable, student, military and senior communities. She is a highly sought after international speaker due to her ability to bring together data driven analytics and effective storytelling.

Megan O'Rourke

Megan was initially drawn to yoga in 2011 as a means of recovery from her college soccer training. She experienced incredible benefits that reflected in her performance as an athlete, and she also discovered that yoga provides a great foundation for an all-around healthy life. Megan became a certified yoga teacher in 2017. She specializes in Vinyasa and has experience teaching yin, restorative and kids yoga. Megan has taught yoga at international wellness centers, fitness studios, schools, and online for students across the country. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Clark University and Master Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. Along with teaching yoga, Megan is a full time School Adjustment Counselor and the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Clark University.

Lloyd Hawthorn

Lloyd Hawthorn is a Lululemon ambassador and experiential instructor. Outside of his family, yoga is very much his world. He is passionate about connecting with his students, spreading his love for yoga and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey.
